ISACA’s 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Membership will be conducted in person in Schaumburg, Illinois, USA on 24 July at 8 a.m. Central Daylight Time at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg, 50 N Martingale Rd, Schaumburg, IL, 60173, and virtually.
Members who attend in person will be responsible for their travel expenses. If you would like to attend in person, please RSVP by emailing your name and member number to agm@isaca.org. Members who cannot attend in person are welcome to attend virtually by registering here and will receive a calendar invitation with log-in details. This event is not eligible for CPE.
The 2024 AGM will feature remarks from the ISACA Board Chair, CEO and CFO, covering highlights from 2023 through mid-year 2024.
Additionally, the 2024-25 ISACA Board of Directors will be installed. John De Santis, with extensive industry experience as a company-builder, chairman and CEO of multiple enterprises, and experience in the software, networking and information security domains, is slated to remain as ISACA Board Chair for a second term.
Niel Harper, CDPSE, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, NACD.DC, CISO & DPO, Doodle, will become Vice Chair.
Jamie Norton, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, CIPM, partner at McGrathNicol, is slated to join the board to fill the vacancy created by the departure of ISACA Board Director and Past Board Chair Gregory J. Touhill, CISM, CISSP, Brigadier General (ret), who is departing to focus more fully on his role as director of the CERT Division of Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute. Norton, of Australia, has more than 25 years’ experience in managing security resilience for State and Federal Government agencies and commercial organizations. He is the former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), one of Australia’s largest federal government agencies, where he led the security governance, risk, intelligence and operations, testing, and forensics teams.
