Securing the Cloud for Competitive Edge

External forces in business today have driven organizations to transform their IT and security practices. The rise of cloud adoption has left many security teams half-invested in their current security measures, while the other half looks toward the future. This unfocused approach can result in reduced operational efficiency and strained security budgets.

However, enterprises can mitigate these effects by learning how to successfully identify visibility and control issues. Managing and reducing risk can be made easier using concepts from the emerging Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) model. The SASE model can help organizations ensure secure access from any device location, a feature that is especially important in the context of existing remote working arrangements during the COVID-19 pandemic.

To offer more insight into securing the cloud for business success, ISACA® will host the “Developing Efficiencies in Cloud Security for Competitive Advantage” webinar on 18 November at 11AMCST (UTC -6 hours), led by Brian Tokuyoshi from Netskope. ISACA members who attend will earn 1 continuing professional education (CPE) hour for the event.
