Cisco Design Certification Migration
The Cisco Design certification path has primarily been focused on the routing and switching aspects of a network, but networks today are more converged and other technologies have to be considered when designing a network. The new Cisco Enterprise certification path incorporates design as an elective concentration whilst still focusing on routing and switching and wireless at the core.
Some of the exams you completed for the old Design certifications may still help you to transition to the new CCNA or the new CCNP Enterprise Certifications.

CCDP to CCNP Enterprise
The new programme has seen the removal of prerequisites for the achievement of certifications, so you will not need to have a CCNA certification to become CCNP certified.
