Watch this recorded webinar to understand the basics of the Risk Management Framework (prescribed by NIST Standards) and how to begin to apply it.
Current IT modernisation plans create opportunities for tremendous gains in effectiveness and efficiency. However, if poorly implemented, they can also increase risk. Successful leaders know that while it’s impossible to eliminate risk, it can be managed. Attendees will come away with a good understanding of the basics of the Risk Management Framework (prescribed by NIST Standards) and how to begin to apply it.
During this session, we discuss the following:
How to use the Risk Management Framework to support your IT Modernisation plan.
The vocabulary of risk analysis. Then we will use it to highlight some key insights in the Risk Management Framework and show how it is used to support the overall mission and strategy of the organisation.
